Darwinian Debunking Reconsidered (Doctoral Thesis)
This dissertation considers issues in contemporary evolutionary ethics.  It focuses on several contemporary views that argue for the existence of an evolved innate moral sense. These views use the existence of an evolved innate moral sense to “debunk” morality, that is to support moral skepticism and/or moral anti-realism. Such views, however, have serious limitations.

“Representing Bioethics:  A Research and Visualization Series about the Field” (with Chris Alen Sula)

Bioethics is a highly interdisciplinary field, drawing together philosophers, theologians, physicians, nurses, public health professionals, policymakers, lawyers, and more. This series of research looks at the make-up of the field from an empirical perspective. We examine issues of interdisciplinarity, collaboration, and topic clusters using methods drawn from citation studies and scholarly communication studies.
